Comm 83.54(1). • Comm 83.52(2) A POWTS that is not maintained in accordance with the approved management plan or as required under s. Comm 83.54(4) shall be considered a human health hazard. • Comm 83.55 The owner is responsible for submitting a maintenance verification report acceptable to the county for maintenance tracking purposes. Reports shall be submitted at intervals appropriate for the component(s) utilized in the POWTS.
