Carlson (the "Seller") and Michael L. Hanson (the "Purchaser"). I~WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Seller and Purchaser entered into that certain Land Contract dated July 15, 2008, and filed of record in the office of the St. Croix County, Wisconsin, Register of Deeds on July 25, 2008 as Doc. No. 878943 (the "Land Contract"), covering the real property legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the existing terms of the Land Contract, all amounts due and owing thereunder become payable in full on July 1, 2011; and WHEREAS, Seller and Purchaser desire to amend the Land Contract in order to extend the date the Land Contract shall become payable in full from July 1, 2011 to July 1, 2013, as is more particularly provided hereinafter set forth. Interpretation. This Amendment shall be construed with and as a part of the Land Contract. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Amendment and the Land Contract, the terms of this Amendment shall be deemed to supersede and control. The Land Contract and this Amendment are sometimes hereinafter called the "Agreement". 2. Amendment of Pay-off Date. The Land Contract shall be payable in full on July 1, 2013 rather than on July 1, 2011. Accordingly, from and after the date of this Amendment, the Purchaser shall continue making payments to the Seller of $2,000.00 per month on the first day of each and every month until July 1, 2013, at which time all 1 of 3 amounts then outstanding under this Agreement shall be due and payable to the Seller in full. 3. Amendment of Interest Rate.
