UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
i. Handbooks: Dawn passed out the goldenrod handbooks which are
similar to the original training this handbook is available in electronic
format. Each school district or organization should have one main handbook
as well as the electronic format. Sections 1 -4 stayed similar and section 5 is
in the Service Coordinator's Handbook Section 6 is in the coordinating
committee handbook. Tim, Kristin and Dawn worked on the handbook.
Thank you.
a. Dawn handed out the conflict resolution process. This page should replace
the current one in the handbook. Steps one and two are different in the new
plan. The form has not changed. The attachments go into the blue
Coordinating Committee Handbook.
3. In -house Service Coordination Training- A training is planned for
September 26th. We are looking at the Hudson Hospital for a location.
Howard Harrington will be providing the overview of the process.
4. Ann Rodgers -Rhyme has contacted Dawn regarding a follow -up to the
training that she facilitated in last fall. She has offered a one -day training for
a reduced cost so that she could pilot a new training on conflict resolution
and continued team building. Dawn was asking for input on the needs of the
team. The reduced rate for this training would be $1500.00. Discussion
included support for this offer. The team requested Dawn to explore this
offer further and determine the needs of the groups involved in the project.
NEW BUSINESS
Sub committee reports

be meeting with Dr. Babbitt to explain this process. The county extension
office has also been contacted.

survey documents. The questions for the family should be given preferably in
person. These will also go into the Coordinating Committee Handbook
3. Screening: Therese Wick shared that the referrals have diminished some
with the end of the school year. Dawn indicated that she has received one
referral and anticipates few more.
4. Plan of Care: Dawn discussed this plan as the key of the whole CFS
process. Dawn reviewed the plan elements and discussed the components.
Dawn described the Goals and Activities page and the county's plan to work
this component into a database to track progress. This data will assist the
team in determining success as well as documenting necessary data for
tracking progress.
