1. Closed session per Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1) (f)- Considering financial, medical, social or
personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of
specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific person which
would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person
referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations.
2. Reconvene into open session per Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (2) -return to open session.

Items for County Board approval must be submitted to the County Clerk's office
by Wednesday morning preceding a County Board meeting.

The St. Croix County Health and Human Services Board met on August 9, 2006 at
the St. Croix County Health and Human Services /Health Center complex.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Esther Wentz, Chair
Leon Berenschot
Lois Burri
Tom Caflisch
Bill Cranmer
Dr. Michael Kretz
Linda Luckey
Deb Rasmussen
Ronald Troyer
MEMBERS ABSENT: Bill Cranmer, excused

STAFF PRESENT: Fred Johnson, Health and Human Services Director
Jennifer Pempek, Accountant /Fiscal Manager

-Chair Wentz c -ailed the meeting to order at 10:30 AM noting -the meeting was
properly and legally publicized.
NEXT MEETING The next Health and Human Services Board meeting is scheduled
for Monday, August 21, 2006 at 8:30 AM.
AGENDA Motion A motion was introduced by Kretz, seconded by Troyer, and
unanimously adopted: That the agenda be approved as circulated.

Board enter closed session per Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1) (f)- Considering
financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of
specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or
the investigation of charges against specific person which would be likely to
have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to
in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations.

in the meeting.

reconvene into open session per Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (2).
