PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING

The Personnel Committee meeting was called to order at 8:30 a.m. by Chairman Daryl
Standafer. Members present: Standafer, Esther Wentz, Dick King, and Lori Bernard. Cindy
Leonard arrived at 8:35 a.m. Also present: Buck Malick and Chuck Whiting.
Motion by Wentz, 2 by Bernard to adopt the agenda as presented. Carried unanimously.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Personnel Committee will be at 8:30 a.m. on March
3, 2006.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Closed session per WI Stat. 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of reviewing a proposed
separation agreement. Motion by King, 2nd by Bernard to move into closed session. Roll call:
all aye. Carried unanimously (8:32 a.m.).
Reconvene into open session. Motion by Bernard, 2 by Leonard to reconvene into open
session. Carried unanimously (8:51 a.m.)
Motion by Wentz, 2 by King to ratify negotiated agreement with Ms. Kathan. Carried
unanimously.
Meeting adjourned at 8:53 a.m.
