PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING

The Personnel Committee meeting was called to order at 8:32 a.m. by Chairman Daryl
Standafer. Members present: Standafer, Esther Wentz, Dick King and ? ?Cindy Leonard. Absent
and excused: Lori Bernard. Also present: Chuck Whiting and Cindy Campbell.
Motion by Wentz 2" by King to adopt the agenda as presented. Carried unanimously. The next
regularly scheduled meeting of the Personnel Committee will be at 8:30 a.m. on April 7, 2006.
