March 28, 2006 Personnel Committee Meeting Minutes
Room 1281, Government Center, Hudson
CALL TO ORDER — Chairman Standafer called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. in the Room 1281 of the
Government Center in Hudson. The Chairman noted the meeting had been properly noticed.
ROLL CALL — Standafer, Wentz, King, Bernard, Leonard
Also in attendance: Whiting, Weld, Ramberg
ADOPTION OF AGENDA:_ Motion by Wentz, second by Leonard to adopt the agenda as presented. All in
favor.
ACTION ON PREVIOUS MINUTES: None.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Closed Session per Wis. Stats. Sec. 19.85 (1)(e) for the purpose of reviewing labor negotiations
with the Highway union.
Motion by Bernard, second by Wentz for roll call to move into closed session at 1:33 p.m.. All in
favor.
Motion by Wentz, second by Leonard to reconvene in open session at 3:07 p.m. All in favor.
Present with the Personnel Committee were Steve Hartman, AFSCME representative, Mike van
Kueren and Kevin Kitchner from the Highway union.
After closed session, agreement was announced and each party will recommend ratification.
NEW BUSINESS: There was no new business
ADJOURNMENT: Meeting was adjourned at 3:07 p.m.
