Supervisors Borup and Dowd in attendance. Discussion of the Storage Facility /Business Data Record Services (BDRS). Reference to Buck Malick's memo of September 6, 2006, regarding Records Storage and his not placing the matter on the County Board Agenda. He did give the option of bringing it before the Board where he would then forward it to the Finance Committee at their next meeting. We discussed the matter of his requirement for material to read and show the reason for a different storage unit (maybe the reason and history of the past five years of planning for the Storage unit to be placed where the impound area is now). Pictures should be taken of those areas where we are now renting and storing, the areas available here at the Government Center, storage areas that are being used that are not designed for storage (patrol bay), costs, plans drawn and etc. At the end of this discussion we followed the only option we had by asking the Chair to have this referred to Finance. Meeting adjourned, 8:50 A.M. Julie C. Speer, Recording Secretary
