Baldwin Adjourned: 11:45 a.m.
Present: Ronald Raymond, Jan Zoerb, Lois Burri, Bill Peavey, Gene Ruetz, and Mary Lestrud
Chairman Raymond called the meeting to order.
Date of next meeting was set for April 5, 2005.
Zoerb moved that the agenda be adopted as presented. Ruetz seconded the motion. Motion
carried.
There was discussion of agent priorities and duties.
Peavey moved that the meeting go into a closed session. Ruetz seconded the motion. Motion
carried.
Motion by Peavey and seconded by Zoerb that the committee come out of closed session.
Motion carried.
Ruetz moved to adjourn. Seconded by Peavey. Motion carried.
