NEW BUSINESS DECISIONS: After hearing testimony on the requested variance and special exception requests, reviewing the material in the record, and conducting a site visi , the Board rendered the following decisions: David and Lynn Robson Motion by Nelson, second by Jensen to reconsider Condition #3 of the variance decision approved on September 22, 2005 for a garage to encroach within the side -yard setback in the Lower St. Croix Riverway District.
