Chairman Mehls called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. DATE OF NEXT MEETING: DECEMBER 15, 2005 —1:00 p.m. ST. CROIX COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER, Community Room Resolution urging the PSC to Fully Fund the Cellular E911 Program Kollman advised that the PSC guidelines for the cellular grant indicated that hardware /software which served both hard line and cellular 911 would be funded at 50% and that hardware /software which served only Cellular E911 would be funded at 100 %. Its final ruling funded the map on which the location of a cellular 911 call would be displayed at 100% but that the hardware /software on which the map resides is funded only at 50 %. Kollman reported that this could be appealed and asked the Committee to approve a resolution asking the PSC to fully fund the effort. The motion passed unanimously on a Malick/Jacobson MOTION.
