Greg Lillis, 'Down Beard Supervisor, stated ttzat the Tawn of Hammond has no objections. Mr. Harald Jahnsan, Jr. preser�rted his reciuest far a holdir'iq tank needed far a mobile home an his farm. The holdir7q tank and rnabile home would be needed far a three to :Give year period, after wtrich it would be removed. Zoning administrator explained the decisions made by the Board of adjustment. Mr. Harald Sader}aerq and H.ie.hard Evjen presented their rer�uest to c�anstruc:t a barn to house livestock, r�aisinc� araLrian horses orr the property. Mr. Evjen showed plans far the structure. Mr. Steve Johnson, MN�WT Boundary area. Commission, had no comments as the area is out of their jurisdiction, but the county ordinance is mare restrictive. D€:an Albert, Tawn of Tray Building Inspector and Planning Commissioner, was concerned about the number of animals an the property. Tom Soderberg explained the rear�ons for the facility. Mrs. Soderberg spoke in favor of the hares breeding operation and riding arena. Ftue �lstan, fanner property owner, spoke ir�r favor of the operation. Mr. Steve Wilcox presented the request of the Butler and Kurimay Lift in the St. Crai;� F2iverway i7istrict. Mr. Steve Johnsen, MNp WT Boundary Area Commission, has rra abjection: to the lift request. Mr . Samuel Satterlurrd: Motion by Supervisor Kinney to approve the request to construr_t a house 1.2� feet from the centerline of a fawn road as this structure will not cause a traffic hazard. Seconded by Supervisor Sweit�er. Motion carried. Vote to approve: Kinney, Yes;. Sweit�er, yes; Meirrke, yes. �. Northern States Power C'ampany: Madan }ay Supervisor Kinney to approve the request far a 5� foot setback Pram C.YI'.H. "l�" far a c;ammunicat:ians structure. Harold Soderberg: A£tor discussing this request with logal counsol, a motion was made by Supervisor Kinney to deny this request as the strucuture is not a permitted use in the St. Croix Riverway District, which is far single family dwellings and accessory buildings only. Seconded by Supervisor 5weitLer® Motion carried. Vote to deny: t�weit�er, yes; Kirzt7ey, yes; Moirke, yes. 5. Daniel Butler and Rowen Kurimay: Mohan by Supervisor Sweitzer to approve the request for a .lift, as it meets all sper:ifications ai the �orririg ordinance, arrd tYiere will be rro trees removed. This request else meets D.N.R. and M.W.H.A.C. approvals. Seconded by Supervisor Kinney. Mohan carried. Vote to approve: Kinney, yes; Sweit�er, yes; Meinke, yes. 6. Warren W. Wood: Motion by Supervisor Kinney to approve the request to construct a garae�e '74 feet from the centerline of a town road. The structure wi1.l not cause a traffic lPra�ard, and will enhance the value of the property. The strue.ture was started prior to the hearing. Seconded by Supervisor Sweit�er. Motion carried.
