Chairman Meinke called the meeting to order and explained that

JOHN PFLEIDER: Supervisor Kinney made a motion that the John
Pfleider appeal for placement of a tie wall be conditionally
approved. This conditional approval shall be subject to the
following conditions:
1. All materials be removed from the adjoining properties.
2. Surface water is to be diverted away from adjoining
properties. Direction of diverted water should be toward the
northeast of garage.
3. All disturbed area except the driveway to be sodded.
4. Cement steps to be constructed toward the house.
