St. Croix County Planning and Zoning Committee
Monday, July 25, 2005
St. Croix County Agricultural Center, Baldwin, Wisconsin
Present: Chair Jan Zoerb, Supervisors Lois Burn, Stan Krueger
Excused: Brian Hurtgen, Wally Habhegger
Staff: Dave Fodroczi, Bob Bezek, Bob Heise
Chair Zoerb called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
Date of Next Meeting: July 26, 2005
New Business:
The meeting was organized as a public information meeting on proposed amendments to the
Floodplain Overlay District of the County Zoning Ordinance. Bezek presented an overview of
the ordinance revision process and proposed amendments. He then highlighted major changes
by section of the ordinance to comply with new FEMA and DNR model ordinance and
regulations.
The meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
