include all of the following nine elements (a through i).
(a) identify the corner by
refe rence to the U. S.
public Iand survey system.
0 = Corner monunient restored.
Tzc)f\./) P.17 VV
(b) Describe any record evidence, monument evidence, occupational evidence, testimonial evidence or
any other material evidence you considered, and whether the monument was found or placed.
Monument was set at P.K. nail placed by surveyor #1042 during a Feb. 6, 1979 survey.,:,
A 1 iron pipe as placed by R.L.S. #963 & #1804 during a Sept. 9, 1981 survey, and
stated as being placed using "single proportion" was not accepted,. even though it
is shown below. The 1pipe was disregarded because: 1) The nail by #1042 was
placed using occupation pursuant to the 1973 Manual of Instructions; 2) R.L.S.
#1042 knew the nail was within 4' of fitting single proportion; 3) The nail fit
occupation across both 25-29-18 and 30-29--17; 4) R.L.S. #1042 conducted his work
pursuant to "Obliterated" methods as outlined in said Manual; 5) The nail fit
bona fide property rights per. said Manual; 6) R.L.S. #1804 stated that he knew
of the presence of the nail and disregarded it because it was not placed using
single proportion; 7) Dependent resurvey, obliterated method is the proper method,
rather than using "lost corner" method as done by R.L.S. #1804.
(c) in the plan view drawing below, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness monuments, or, if
the location Is within a municipality, to at least 2 witness monuments. (witness monuments

not match the original Government survey, but they were previously reestablished
by others. The method to establish the nail was proper and so was accepted.
