Found a 111 Iron Pipe in the position of record, previously witnessed in
the Steve Kochaver Monument Record dated July 22,1996.Or e
original tie was found. Set new tie and witnessed as shown below.
(c) In the plan view drawing below, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness monuments, or, if
the location is within a municipality, to at least 2, witness, monuments. (Witness monuments
shall be made of concrete, natural stone, iron or other equally durable material.)

ORIGINAL EVIDENCE WAS SEARCHED FOR BUT NONE FOUND. A PK NAIL WAS SET
AT THIS LOCATION AND TIED INTO AS
PART OF THE NEW HAVEN REMON_ PROJECT. THIS POSITION r :T VERY WELL WITH
BOTH OCCUPATION IN THE AREA
AND NUMERICALLY COMPARITIVE TO THE CRIGINAL GOVERNMEN 7 NOTES. THIS POSITION WAS HELD AND A DUNN COUNTY
MONUMENT AS SHOWN WAS SET IN PLACE.
(c) In the plan view drawing below, provide reference t-es to at least 4
witness monuments, or, if the location is within a municipality, to at
