September 21, 2022 Fran B. and I visited this corner and did not find the a monument at the corner. I found 4 ties of record-, though most of them do not match very well. I measured the 4 found ties and established 1 new tie as shown. -li/ i ® I z A< M LL_ 0 N81 *07`1 1"W a- 0 61.55' ® ~ DOWN 1" (6 0.51 V NORTH OF PED AND 1' ~-= . SOUTH OF PED In) ] . S85"24 44"E 1' SOUTH ®F SURVEY SIGN (DOWN 48.51 N851 3`23"W_..__ (48-65) DRIVEWAY 48.18$ -(4-8.12") Qra_° ro .04 Q6 K DOWN E 1h\4' Pu"k SET 1`2 DIAMETER STEEL "SURVEY MARK" NAIL FOUND 1-5/16" DIAMETER IRON PIPE SET 1-5/16"2X244" DIAMETER IRON PIPE WITH S C 0 YELLOW CAP WEIGHING 1.68 LBS.
