Describe any record evidence, monument evidence, testimonial evidence or any other
material evidence considered and whether the monument was found or restored though
acceptance of an obliterated location.
September 21, 2022 Fran B. and I visited this corner and did not find the a monument at the corner. I
found 4 ties of record-, though most of them do not match very well. We have measurements of record of
the aluminum cap and after verifying section distances and other local surveys of record, I set a 1" steel
survey mark nail at the previous location of the aluminum cap in the centerline. I measured the 4 found ties
and established 1 new tie as shown.
