JULY 212 2022 FRAN B. AND I VISITED THIS CORNER AND FOUND THE ALUMINUM CAP OF RECORD AT THE CORNER IN GOOD CONDITION. I ALSO FOUND ALL 4 TIES BY RUSCH. OCTOBER, 5, 2022. FRAN B. AND I RETURNED TO THIS CORNER AFTER A PAVING PROJECT AND FOUND THAT THE ALUMINUM CAP AND IRON PIPE HAD BEEN REMOVED DURING CONSTRUCTION. I FOUND ALL 4 TIES AND USING SAID TIES AND PREVIOUS MEASUREMENTS I SET A SURVEY MARK NAIL AT THE PREVIOUS CORNER LOCATION. THE CORNER FALLS 3' NORTH OF CENTERLINE OF C.T.H.
