AND I VISITED THIS CORNER AND FOUND THE ALUMINUM CAP OF RECORD S' NORTH OF CENTERLINE IN PLACE AND IN GOOD CONDITION. 1 FOUND 3 OF RUSCH'S TIES TO THE SOUTH IN GOOD CONDITION AND FOUND 1 TIE NORTH OF THE CORNER HIT AND LEANING IN THE FIELD. OCTOBER 5, 2022 FRAN B AND I RETURNED TO THIS CORNER AFTER A PAVING PROJECT AND FOUND THAT THE ALUMINUM CAP AND PIPE HAD BEEN REMOVED DURING CONSTRUCTION. I FOUND 3 OF RUSCH'S TIES AND USING SAID TIES AND PREVIOUS MEASUREMENT, I SET A SURVEY MARK NAIL AT THE PREVIOUS CORNER LOCATION S' NORTH OF CENTERLINE AND ESTABLISHED 1 NEW TIE AS SHOWN.
