OCTOBER 6, 2022 FRAN B. AND 1 RETURNED TO THIS CORNER AFTER A PAVING PROJECT AND FOUND THAT THE IRON PIPE AND ALUMINUM CAP HAD BEEN REMOVED DURING CONSTRUCTION. USING PREVIOUS MEASUREMENT I SET A SURVEY MARK NAIL AT THE PREVIOUS CORNER LOCATION. THE CORNER FALLS 1.5' SOUTH AND 8' EAST OF CENTERLINE INTERSECTION. 1 ESTABLISHED 4 NEW TIES AS SHOWN.
