JULY 21, 2022 FRAN B. AND I VISITED THIS CORNER AND FOUND A 2" IRON PIPE AT THE CORNER IN GOOD CONDITION 1.5' SOUTH OF CENTERLINE. I FOUND ALL 4 OF RUSCH'S TIES IN GOOD CONDITION. OCTOBER 6, 2022 FRAN B. AND I RETURNED TO THIS CORNER AFTER A PAVING PROJECT AND FOUND THE 2 IRON PIPE HAD BEEN REMOVED DURING CONSTRUCTION. I FOUND ALL 4 TIES AND USING SAID TIES AND PRIOR MEASUREMENT I SET A SURVEY MARK NAIL AT THE PREVIOUS CORNER LOCATION. THE CORNER FALLS IN THE CENTERLINE OF NEW PAVEMENT.
