JULY 21, 2022 FRAN B. AND I VISITED THIS CORNER AND FOUND A 2" IRON PIPE AT THE CORNER IN GOOD
CONDITION 1.5' SOUTH OF CENTERLINE. I FOUND ALL 4 OF RUSCH'S TIES IN GOOD CONDITION.
OCTOBER 6, 2022 FRAN B. AND I RETURNED TO THIS CORNER AFTER A PAVING PROJECT AND FOUND THE 2
IRON PIPE HAD BEEN REMOVED DURING CONSTRUCTION. I FOUND ALL 4 TIES AND USING SAID TIES AND PRIOR
MEASUREMENT I SET A SURVEY MARK NAIL AT THE PREVIOUS CORNER LOCATION. THE CORNER FALLS IN THE
CENTERLINE OF NEW PAVEMENT. I MEASURED ALL TIES AS SHOWN.

INSTRUCTIONS: This record shall show the location of the corner and shall
include all of the following nine elements (a tl-irougli i) .
a. Identify the corner by reference to the U. S. public land survey system.
a a Corner monument restored.
b. Show a plan view drawing depicting the relevant monuments and reference
ties which is sufficient in detail to enable accurate relocation of the
corner monument if the corner monument is disturbed. Indicate north.
c. In the plan view drawing, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness
wonuIllencs, or, if the location is within a uLunicipality to at least 2
witness monume-ncs. (Witness monuments shall be 1" x 24" iron pipes).
d. Was the corner restored through acceptance of ' (1) an obliterated
evidence location, or, (2) a found Perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location. See reverse.

whether the monument was found or placed. Excavation may be necessary
and is strongly recommended. ,
A railroad spike was found at this position. It fit tine centerline of the road
and the'_occupativnF-to-'tlie South. The position was accepted.
f., Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as
restored or reestablished and the location of that corner as previously
restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show the discrepancy
on the plan view drawing under b. Show the distances between the corner
as previously restored or reestablished and (1) the corner as restored
or reestablished, and (2) to at least 2 of the witness monuments shown
on the drawing in b.

No original evidence was found. I set a railroad spike at the intersection of the
Southerly line fence and its projected intersection with the centerline of C,T.H. "S".
I believe this beat represents the original corners position.
