JULY 21, 2022 FRAN B. AND I VISITED THIS CORNER AND FOUND A 2" IRON PIPE AT THE CORNER IN GOOD CONDITION 1.5' SOUTH OF CENTERLINE. I FOUND ALL 4 OF RUSCH'S TIES IN GOOD CONDITION. OCTOBER 6, 2022 FRAN B. AND I RETURNED TO THIS CORNER AFTER A PAVING PROJECT AND FOUND THE 2 IRON PIPE HAD BEEN REMOVED DURING CONSTRUCTION. I FOUND ALL 4 TIES AND USING SAID TIES AND PRIOR MEASUREMENT I SET A SURVEY MARK NAIL AT THE PREVIOUS CORNER LOCATION. THE CORNER FALLS IN THE CENTERLINE OF NEW PAVEMENT. Show a plan view drawing depicting the relevant monuments and reference ties which is sufficient in detail to enable accurate relocation of the corner monument if the corner monument is disturbed. Indicate north. c. In the plan view drawing, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness wonuIllencs, or, if the location is within a uLunicipality to at least 2 witness monume-ncs. (Witness monuments shall be 1" x 24" iron pipes). d. Was the corner restored through acceptance of ' (1) an obliterated evidence location, or, (2) a found Perpetuated location?
