AUGUST 10, 2022 FRAN B. AND I VISITED THIS CORNER AND FOUND A P.K. NAIL AT THE CORNER IN GOOD CONDITION. I ALSO FOUND ALL 4 TIES BY RUSCH IN GOOD CONDITION. OCTOBER 202022 FRAN B. AND I RETURNED TO FIND THAT THE P.K. NAIL HAD BEEN REMOVED DURING RECENT ROAD CONSTRUCTION. I FOUND ALL 4 TIES STILL REMAIN AND USING SAID TIES AND PREVIOUS MEASUREMENT I SET A SURVEY MARK NAIL AT THE CORNER. THE MONUMENT FALLS V SOUTH OF NEW CENTERLINE. I MEASURED ALL TIES AS SHOWN. SET 1" DIAMETER STEEL "SURVEY MARK" NAIL FOUND 1--5/16" DIAMETER IRON PIPE WITH CAP (R.A.) RECORDED AS 1 Corey M. Show the distances between the corner as previously restored or reestablished and (1) the corner as restored or reestablished, and (2) to at least 2 of the witness monuments shown on the drawing in b. v0T- 40 gbh.
