JULY 21, 2022 FRAN B. AND I VISITED THIS CORNER AND FOUND AN IRON PIPE WITH ALUMINUM CAP AT THE CORNER IN GOOD CONDITION, I ALSO FOUND ALL 4 OF RUSCH'S TIES IN GOOD CONDITION. OCTOBER 20, 2022 FRAN B. AND I RETURNED TO THIS CORNER AFTER A PAVING PROJECT AND FOUND THAT THE IRON PIPE AT THE CORNER HAD BEEN REMOVED. I FOUND ALL 4 TIES STILL IN GOOD CONDITION, USING SAID TIES AND PREVIOUS MEASUREMENT I SET A SURVEY MARK NAIL AT THE CORNER 1 ° SOUTH OF NEW CENTERLINE. I MEASURED ALL TIES AS SHOWN. vAmw IV SET 1" DIAMETER STEEL "SURVEY MARK" NAIL FOUND 1-5/16" DIAMETER IRON PIPE WITH CAP (R.A.) RECORDED AS I Corey M. The otal mile was within about 10' of the Government distance so a sing -le proportion was used.
