CROIX COUNTY HAD83(1991) FIELD WORK DATE: 10/27/2022 T. 30 Nay R.16 W. Describe any record evidence, monument evidence, testimonial evidence or any other material evidence considered and whether the monument wasfound or restored though acceptance of an obliterated location® JULY 21_,2022 FRAN B. AND I VISITED THIS CORNER AND FOUND A 2" IRON PIPE DOWN 6" AT THE CORNER IN GOOD CONDITION. I ALSO FOUND 3 RUSCH'S TIES IN GOOD CONDITION. OCTOBER 27, 2022 FRAN B. AND I RETURNED AFTER A PAVING PROJECT AND FOUND THAT THE 2" IRON PIPE HAD BEEN REMOVED. I ALSO FOUND THE 3 PREVIOUS TIES. WE MEASURED INTO THE ALUMINUM CAP IN 2005 AND AGAIN ABOUT 5 YEARS AGO. THE COORDINATES OF THE ALUMINUM CAP AND THE NOW FOUND PIPE INDICATE THAT THE PIPE HAS NOT MOVED. THE TIE DISTANCES DO NOT MATCH VERY WELL AND INDICATE THAT THE PIPE SHOULD BE +-0.3' SOUTHERLY. ANGULARLY THE TIES FIT WELL. BASED ON HISTORY OF MEASUREMENT I SET A SURVEY MARK NAIL AT OUR PREVIOUS MEASUREMENTS, THIS POSITION MATCHES THE POSTED COORDINATE VALUES AND THE POSITION SURVEYORS HAVE BEEN USING. THE CORNER FALLS AT THE INTERSECTION OF CENTERLINES. I ESTABLISHED 1 NEW TIE AND MEASURED THE FOUND TIES AS SHOWN. —.—........---...._.. 5'------- FIELD LINE ----57 1' SOUTH OF POST ® ® W C.T.H.
