AUGUST 10,2022 FRAN B AND I VISITED THIS CORNER AND DID NOT FIND THE P.K. NAIL OF RECORD. WE FOUND
ALL 4 TIES BY J. GRANBERG IN GOOD CONDITION.
OCTOBER 27, 2022 FRAN B. AND I RETURNED TO THIS CORNER AFTER A PAVING PROJECT AND FOUND ALL
PREVIOUS TIES STILL REMAIN. USING SAID TIES I SET A SURVEY MARK NAIL AT THE CORNER IN THE CENTERLINE.
I MEASURED ALL PREVIOUS TIES AND ESTABLISHED 1 NEW TIE AS SHOWN.
