A Class II notice was published in the Star Observer on December 1, 2022 and December 8, 2022, establishing a public hearing on December 15, 2022 at 5:00 PM with the St. Croix County Community Development Committee in the St. Croix County Government Center Board Room, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin. RO � �, Q,NTY AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 31 N, RANGE 17W, TOWN OF STANTON - REZONING 0.93 ACRES FROM AG-1 AGRICULTURAL TO R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT 1 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows: 2 3 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development, for the County of St. 4 Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following property: 5 6 A parcel of land located in the NE '/4 of the SW '/4 of Section 14, Township 31N, Range 17W, 7 Town of Stanton, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, further described as follows: 8 9 Commencing at the S '/4 Corner of said Section 14; N00°08'59"W 1835.33' along the north- 10 south '/4 section line of said Section 14 to the point of beginning of the parcel to be described 11 herein (Bearings referenced to the north-south '/4 section line of Section 14. Line bears 12 N00°08'59"W, St. Croix County Coordinate System); thence S89°39'47"W 360.00': thence 13 N00008'59"W 210.67' parallel with said north-south '/4 section line; thence N89°39'47"E 14 125.00' to the west line of that parcel described in document number 1042254 in the St. Croix 15 County Register of Deeds; thence S00°08'59"E 150.00' along said west line to the south line of 16 said parcel; thence N89°39'47"E 235.00' to said north-south 1/4 section line; thence S00°08'59"E 17 60.67' along said north-south '/4 section line to the point of beginning. This description contains 18 40,591 square feet (0.93 acres) more or less and is subject to any easements, restrictions or 19 covenants of record. 20 21 From AG-1 Agricultural District to R-1 Residential Zoning District. 22 23 The official zoning map of the Town of Stanton on file in the Community Development 24 Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance. This ordinance shall be 25 effective upon passage and publication as provided in Wis. Stat. § 59.14.
