A Class II notice was published in the Star Observer on December 1, 2022 and December 8, 2022, establishing a public hearing on December 15, 2022 at 5:00 PM with the St. Croix County Community Development Committee in the St. Croix County Government Center Board Room, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin. RO r �, ° ,Q,NTY AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 28N, RANGE 15W, TOWN OF CADY - REZONING 39 ACRES FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT TO AG-2 AGRICULTURAL ZONING DISTRICT 1 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows: 2 3 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development, for the County of St. 4 Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following property: 5 6 NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 33, Township 28N, Range 15W, Town of Cady, St. Croix County, 7 Wisconsin, EXCEPT the South 2 rods. 8 9 From R-1 Residential Zoning District to AG-2 Agricultural Zoning District. 10 11 The official zoning map of the Town of Cady on file in the Community Development 12 Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance. This ordinance shall be 13 effective upon passage and publication as provided pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 59.14.
