A Class II notice was published in the Star Observer on January 5, 2023 and January 12, 2023, establishing a public hearing on January 19, 2023 at 5:00 PM with the St. Croix County Community Development Committee in the St. Croix County Government Center Board Room, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin.
