and mapped this Certified Survey Map located in the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 31, T28N,
R19W, Town of Troy, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, and is described as follows:
Lot 3 of the Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 30, Page 6783, Document Number 1100588.
This parcel contains 16.330 acres, more or less, being 711,354 square feet, more or less,
including C.T.H. "M" and C.T.H. "F" right-of-way, and 14.910 acres, more or less, being 649,480
square feet, more or less, excluding C.T.H. "M" and C.T.H. "F" right-of-way. Subject to the
Conservation Easement recorded in Document Number 1094294. Subject to all other easements,
