County 40a.:d of Supervisors has a duty to review rezonin.^ - .'.i is ^.s , to hold pub]i.c hearings on such petitions, and to rEcomner:d such p�ititicns to the entire County Board for con- sideration, and WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Zoning, Parks and Planning Committee has received a petition from George W. Sinclair to rezone a three acre parcel of land in the N� of the SEa of Section 2, T30N-R19W, from:. Agricultural-Residential to Commercial, and WHEREAS, said committee has received a recommendation from the Town Board of the Town of Somerset that the Sinclair petition be approved subject to certain conditions, and WHEREAS, the said committee held public hearings on said petition on April 4, 1983 and again on April 21, 1983, and WHEREAS, said committee met after the April 21, 1983 public hearing and by unanimous vote recommended that the George W. Sinclair petition to rezone certain lands owned by him from Ag- ricultural-Residential to Commercial be approved, subject to certain conditions, which conditions are the same as those recommended by the Town Board of the Town of Somerset. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the three acre arcr�l of ]-an,1 owned by George W. Sinclair, located in the N2 of ..it.. Any private sanitary systems located on said parcel shalt be first approved by both the State of Wisconsin and St. Croix County. 3. That portion of said parcel located along the Apple River shall be riprapped, with such riprap being first approved by the Department of Natural Resources. 4. During the hours of operation of any commercial venture located on said parcel, the owner shall provide sufficient police protection. 5. The owner shall provide sufficient garbage collection facilities for any commercial venture on said parcel_ 6. There shall be no alcoholic beverages, as defined in Chapter 125 of Wisconsin Statutes, sold or offered for sale at any commercial venture located on said parcel. 7. Any commercial venture located on said parcel shall also be subject to any licensing requirements for the operation of said commercial venture, whether such licensing requirements are presently in existence or whether such are hereafter promulgated by the Town Board of the Town of Somerset. 8. If any license required by the Town of Somerset for the operation of any commercial venture located on said parcel is revoked or non-renewed by the Town Board of the Town of Somerset, said parcel shall be rezoned from Commercial District to an Agricul- tural-Residential District immediately upon the occurence of such revocation or non-renewal without further action of the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors being necessary. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this ordinance shall take effect upon passage and proper publication according to Wisconsin Statutes. Dated this day of May, 1983.
