WIVIMTEAS it is in the best interest of St. Croix County to
foster and develope written procedures and policies regarding
administration of county personnel mattersq ani
WHEREAS such policies should provide for and establish a
system which promotes smoother and more efficient governmer'l
WHEREAS such policies are included and set forth in the
attached document referred to an Exhibit
the St. Croix County Board of Supervisorsq in regular session,
hereby endorses and adopts &a the St. Croix-.eOunty Personnel
Policy the attached Exhibit A. to be effective upon adoption
and passage.
