Employees for the Year 1977

WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee has met and negotiated with various
bargaining agents for the employees of St. Croix County, and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee has been authorized by the County
Board to make recommendations concerning pay adjustments for year 1977, and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of St. Croix County to grant pay increases
to employees who are not otherwise represented by bargaining units for year 1977
to reflect changing economic conditions in the County,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors,
in regular session,that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors accepts and
implements the 1977 wage and salary recommendations of the Personnel Committee
concerning various non -represented employees, as attached hereto, and the County
Clerk is authorized to adjust pay rates for 1977 upward accordingly as reflected
in Attachment A through E.

The following non -represented employees of St. Croix County shall receive their
1976 base salary plus a $45 per month (or .26 per hour) increase:

The non -represented St. Croix Health Center employees will receive a 5% increase.
to their 1976 base salary .
ATTACHMENT E
All non -represented St. Croix County employees presently on the County Health
Insurance Program will receive an additional $19 per month contribution paid by
the County applicable to the County Group Health Insurance Plan effective
January 1, 1977.
