A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH THE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF ST. CROIX AND
THE GENERAL DRIVERS AND HELPERS UNION LOCAL #662
INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF TEAMSTERS
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of the County of St. Croix as follows:
Section 1. That the Agreenent ratified by and through the Personnel
Committee of the County of St. Croix and the General Drivers and Helpers Unior
Local #662, International Brotherhood of Teamsters for the years January 1,
1977, through December 31, 1978, is hereby adopted;
That o copy Of said Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated
herein by reference as though fully Set forth herein.
Section 2' That all resolutions Or parts of resolutions contravening the
provisions this Resolution and Agreement are hereby repealed.
Section 3' That if any part or parts Of this Resolution and Agreement are
invalid, shall not invalidate the entire Resolution and Agreement.
Section 4. That this Resolution and Agreement shall take effect and be in
force after its passage and publication, and all wages shall be paid in
accordance with Said Agreement from January l, 1977.
This Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the County Board of
the County Of St. Croix, held this 22Dd day Of February, 1977.
