Resolution Authorizing and Appropriating Funds
For Appraisal of Apple River Properties
WHEREAS, St. Croix County has adopted the St. Croix
County Outdoor Recreation Plan; and
WHEREAS, this plan calls for development of the Apple
River County Park in the area of its already owned land; and
WHEREAS, certain land in the vicinity of the proposed
park is for sale;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County
Board of Supervisors, in regular session, that the St. Croix
County Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee to hi n appraiser to
, / , dollars;
appraise such lands for a -cost not to excee� 4
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such monies for the ap-
praisal shall come out of the general fund.
