RESOLUTION FOR THE PRINTING AND PUBLICATION OF
THE COUNTY BOARD PROCEEDINGS

WHEREAS the County B oard proceedings have been published by one newspaper for
6ach year and supplements sent to the other FOUR newspapers in St. Croix County for
distribution: AND
WHEREAS it has been deemed advisable to publish the County Board Proceedings after
eac"�etihg to keep the,public currently informed of such proceedings, AND
WHEREAS itbas been further deemed advisable to submit such publication to the
FIVE St. Croix County Newspapers for Bids, However,commencing in 1976 another
Newspaper has been added to St. Croix County, THEREFORE, such publication will
be submitted to SIX St. Croix County Newspapers for Bids:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT THE PUBLICATION
of the County Board Proceedings be conducted according to the following procedures:
1. Bids shall be requested from the Six Newspapers for Type -setting 7 point on
8 point slug, 17 em column. These bids are submitted for the full County Board
year, and such bids must be submitted at the County Clerk's Office by April 5th
1977 at 1:00 P.M., and are to include all minutes commencing with April, 1977
Session and ending in February of the following year. The schedule of County
Board Sessions are established at 9 (Which includes three TWO DAY sessions) for
the coming year. Extra sessions to be printed, to be pro -rated at a fair figure.
2. Such successful bidding newspaper shall print the proceedings in suppleme
form and deliver to the other FIVE Newspapers in said County, and publish with thl
next issue of that newspaper. M
3. Such successful bidder shall be paid a flat fee of $55.00 plus $2.00 per
100 based on the circulation of each newspaper, after the first 1000 for distribu-
tion of each supplement by the other five newspapers. The following is the detail
charges based on the above Formula for the distribution of the supplements:

4. IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED THAT IF A ONE DAY SESSION is held by the
County Board, Supplements and 3 3/4" x 6 3/4" pages of the proceedings must be
published within 30 days, TWO or more Day Session, the proceedings must be published
within 45 days. For all Sessions there shall be 75 sets of such supplement printed
in loose-leaf form 3 3/4" x 6 3/4" punched to fit the loose-leaf note books and to be
delivered to the County Clerk.
5. IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED THAT Within 45 days of the February Sessio
:tf each year, the entire proceedings of the County Board for the entire year shall A
bound in book form ( 100-) and delivered to the County Clerk before the organization
Session of the County Board in April. i
