USED IN THE INSTALLATION OF THE PHONE AND INFORMATION CENTER IN
THE COURTHOUSE LOBBY

nv11111EREAS, on. December 8, 1976, St. Croix County
received $--,340.00 from the Federal Office of Revenue
Sharing pursuant to the Antirecession Fiscal assistance
Program.under 'Title II of the Public +orks Employment Act
of 1976; and
v;HEREAS, said funds must be obligated within six
months from the date received for the purpose of public
employment within St. Croix County, and
dINEREAS, it has been determined by the Finance,
Budge-t, and Personnel Committee that said funds may be
expended pursuant to said Program for labor costs to be
used in the insulation of the phone and information set-
up in the Courthouse lobby,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County
Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that
1,340.00 received -by St. Croix County pursuant to the
Antirecession Fiscal Assistance Program be expended for
labor costs used in the installation of the phone -and infor-
mation set-up in the Courthouse lobby.
