ZONING ORDINANCES.
RESOLUTION NO. 77
WHEREAS, the To Board of the To of Hudson may adopt
To Zoning Ordinance revision to replace the present Town of Hudson
Zoning Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, any such ordinance requires approval by the St.
Croix County Board pursuant to Sec. 60.74(7) of the Wisconsin Statutes;
and,
WHEREAS, it is desirable to setforth procedures for review by
the County of a To Zoning Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the St. Croix County
Comprehensive Planning,Zoning and Parks Committee that the procedures
setforth below will govern review by St. Croix County of a To Zoning
Ordinance submitted for County review under Sec. 60.74(7) of the
Wisconsin Statutes:
1. The To Clerk of any to which has adopted a town
zoning ordinance under Sec. 60.74(7), Wisconsin Statutes,
may submit the full text and the district map, with a
certificate of To Board adoption, to the St. Croix County
Zoning Administrator.
2. The St. Croix County Zoning Administrator shall thereupon
place the receipt of the Ordinance, map, and certificate
on the agenda of the next meeting of the St. Croix County
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee. Brief
note of the scheduling shall be given to the County Board
Chairman, the County Clerk and the Supervisor in which
district the To is located and all members of the Town
Board, Town Planning Commission and To Clerk.
3. . At the next meeting of the St. Croix County Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee, the To Ordinance shall
be reviewed by the Committee. There is no requirement of a
public hearing. The Committee shall then formulate a resolution
on the matter recommending County Board approval or disapproval

of the Town Ordinance. This resolution shall be transmitted
to the County Board as part of the Committee's report.
4. The County Board shall receive- the report of the
Committee. If the County Board determines to approve the
Town Ordinance, it shall adopt a resolution.
5. Following County Board action., the County Clerk shall
formally transmit to the Town Clerk notice of the County
Board's action. The report of County Board action which
endorsed the Town Ordinance shall include a certified copy
of the County Board resolution and the date of the
adoption thereof.
