�v`HEREAS, pursuant to Wisconsin Statute § 60-74(7) St. Croix -
County procedurally is required to review town zoning ordinances
presented to it for approval or disapproval, and
WHEREAS, the Town of Hudson has aibmitted their recentio
enacted town zoning ordinance to St. Croix County for its approval
or disapproval pursuant to said Section 60-74(7.)v and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Comprehensive Planning, Zoning
and Parks Committee has reviewed said to zoning ordinance, has
compared it to the St® Croix County Zoning Ordinance, and does hereby
recommend it's approval by the St® Croix County Board of Supervisors,
and
*HEREAS, it appears to be in the best interest of the residents
of the Town of Hudson for such an ordinance to be approved by said
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular sessionp that the Town of Hudson
Zoning Ordinance submitted to the County Board pursuant to Wisconsin
Statute @ 60.74(7) is hereby approved by the County Board, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall formally
transmit notification of this approval to the Town Clerk of the
Town of Hudson together with a certified copy of this resolution
