Whereas the city of New Richmond wishes to obtain an easement
across county land for Sewer and
Whereas the easement of 20 feet in width lying within'the
Sec. 35, T.31 N., R. 18 W runs across land that will not
affect current or fdture utilization of the land, and
Whereas the St® Croix Health Center is in need of the following
assurances:
1. The City of New Richmond agrees to
supply water within 180 days of request of
Health Center.
2. There shall be no front footage charge to the
County for any additional Hookups to the water
main.
3. There shall be no front footage charge to the
County for Hookup to the sewer.
-The City shall assess h the per foot cost of
Private dwellers hookup to the water main and
reimburse the County.
Now Therefore Be It Resolved that the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors grant said Easement and enter into the attached
agreement granting the above assurances.
