WHEREAS, St. Croix County in cooperation with the St. Croix
County Snowmobile Association developed a County Snowmobile Plan; and
WHEREAS, this plan outlines forseeable snowmobile needs of St.
Croix County; and
WHEREAS, this plan establishes procedures for overseeing re-
sponsibility for snowmobile maintenance, development, and law en-
forcement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board
of supervisors, in regular session, that the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors hereby adopts the St. Croix County Snowmobile Plan as
the official snowmobile plan of the county.
