LAND TO COMMERCIAL FROM AGRICULTURAL -RESIDENTIAL,

WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides
for a planning and Zoning committee to act in all matters pertaining to
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, anil
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Peabody
Equipment Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee recommends approval for the
rezonement to commercial from agricultural -residential the following
SW-1, of the SWk of Section 1, T30N-Rl8W, Town of Richmond,
St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 1, thence
go No 000 00' 00"E (assumed bearing) along the West line of
said Section 1 a distance of 300.00 feet; thence S890 09'
05" W along said South line a distance of 580.00 feet to
the Point of Beginning, the above described parcel containing
4.0 acres, including the West 33 feet thereof presently
used for Town Road purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the St. Croix
County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take
action for the adoption of the same.
