a planning and zoning'committee to act in all matters pertaining to
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee, an.,s--',.l
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of James
H. Johnson, Jim's Topper Sales.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee recommends approval for the
rezonement to commercial from agricultural -residential the
following land:
A parcel of land located in the SEk of Section 12, Star
Prairie Township, T31N-R1 (260' x 400' along the STH 65)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the St. Croix
County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and
take action for the adoption of the same.
