HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1977 (44)RESOLUTION RECOlYMENDING APPROVAL FOR-REZONEMENT OF LAND TO INDUSTRIAL FROM AGRICULTURAL --RESIDENTIAL N Resolution WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides for a planning and zoning -committee to act in all -matters pertaining to County planning and zoning, and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee, ani 'AHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations to the County Board for action, and WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of Natural Gas, Inc. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezoneIll ent to F-ndustrial from agricultural -residential the following lan(; A parcel of land located in the SW14 of the NW4, Section 36, T31N-R18W, St. Croix County, is., more fully described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the said SW4 of the NWk, thence proceed N 000 25' W along the West line of the said SW4 of the NW14 a distance of 634.50'; thence proceed East a�distance of 33' to the East line of road known as Wall Street Road to an iron pipe and the point of beginning for the parcel to be described; thence N 000 25' W along the East line of the said Wall Street Road a distance of 608' to an iron pipe; thence East a distance of 310' to an iron pipe; thence S 000 25' E a distance of 608' to an iron pipe; thence West a distance of 310' to the point of beginning. Said parcel containing 4.33 acres. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take action for the adoption of the same.
