RESOLITIION #
WHEREAS, St. Croix County is upgrading its various public
safety two-way radio systems to include a central communications dis-
patch operation and other improvements, and
radio license applications being filed on behalf of St. Croix County
with the Federal Communications Commission (F.C.C.), and
WHEREAS, an authorized representative of St. Croix County
must personally sign each license application to the F.C.C., anral

IdHEREAS, St. Croix County has retained the services of a
Registered Professional Electrical Engineer, Dr. John R. DuBois, who
is very familiar with F.C.C. license applications and with F.C.C.
negotiations of all types, and
14HEREAS, the Public Protection Committee closely supervises
BERM
St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session,
designate Dr. John R. DuBois as an authorized representative of St.
Croix County for the sole purpose of signing radio license applications
with the Federal Communications Commissio of the Unites States.
