WHEREAS, ST. CROIX COUNTY is owner of certain land by virtue of a
Tax Deed dated July 11, 177 in the amount of TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS AND 41/100 Cents
and recorded with the Register of Deeds for St® Croix County,
Wisconsin, in
Volume 557, Pages 182 and 183, said land being described as follows:

WHEREAS, Sale ofsaid property has been negotiated

NOW THEREFORE, IT RESOLVED that the S® Croix County Board of
