ALL L.0:3 & REGULATIONS IN VrISC. BE MIDE BY ELECTED Oa r TCIALS ONLY
We the members of the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
make a resolution that all LAWS & REGULATION on the statutes of the
State of Wisconsin be made by ELECTED OFFICIALS OF THE STATE OF,
WISCONSIN and that all LAWS AND REGULATIONS made by non -elected or
appointed officials of the State of Wisconsin shall be null and void
in Wisconsin®
We further state that our County Clerk send a copy of this
solution to all county clerks in Wisconsin to get their support in
asking our state legislators to pass legislation so that all laws
d regulations in Wisconsin will be made by ELECTED OFFICIALS only.
We also ask all county clerks to bring this resolution up
at their next County Board meeting.
