SE.CTIMIT VII. ,II EREAS the County Highway Committeemid the
Coan+y T-?i_ghvr y Commissioner are charged with the duty and respons -�
bility of carrying out the construction and maintenance- of high lays
for ,vrhi_ch provision is made, and other related supervisory and
aumini-strative duties.
IT RESOLVED that the County I�i'r-xzy Commissioner shall
have authority to employ, discharge, suspend, or reinstate such
personnel as he deems necessary for iWhich purposes provided..
however, that the County Highway Comrsittee may by action recorded -
in its ?minutes determine the number of persons to be hired and
may also at any time by act_�cn so recorded, order the County
High, -.ray Cornin _osioner to employ, discharge, suspend, or reLnstate
any such person. The term "personnel" or "person" shall inclWide
all patrolrr en, laborers, foremen, clerks, stenographers, pr other
employees necessary to carriT on such activities.
