PETITIONING FOR ADVANCE OF STH CONSTRUCTION AILOT=S

to accomplish the improvement of portions of S. T. Highway 35
between River Falls and IN 94, it becomes desirable to agree upon the advance
of future years' allotments to become available to the credit of this county
for state trunk highway improvement.
BE IT RESOLVED that the State Department of Transportation is hereby
petitioned to advance and commit the sum of $73,500.00, or as much thereof as
required for such improvement, the amount so advanced to be deducted from
allotments as they accrue to the credit of this county under Section S ®03(3),
Wisconsin Statutes, beginning with the allotment accruing to the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1979, or such earlier allotment as may be available; and
