St. Croix County Department of Social Services
Compensation Range Adjustments
WHEREAS, the County Merit Rule which is the State policies
governing the Social Services Department, requires that each
County adopt salary ranges providing for a minimum and maximum
salary for each Classification with the Department, and
WHEREAS, the compensation range adopted on February 23,
1477, needs to be adjusted to comply with state regulations, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Personnel Committee has con-
sidered and recommends the adoption of the attached aejusted
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the St. Croix County Boarl
of Supervisors, in regular session, that the St. Croix County Board
*f Supervisors adopts the attached adjusted range for the St. Croix
County Department of Social Services.
