October 17, 1977, regarding a site for a County Nurses Office in
ttie Yillage of Hammond, and
vs-h.EREAS, said option provides that -St. i'.roix County may elect
to purchase said property by notifying the Village o4" Hammond in
writinE within 60 days of October 17, 19770 for the purchasp price
of and
it is deemed to be in the best interest of Croix
County to exercise this option and acquire said premises in fee
simple title,

L;upervisors, meeting in regular session, that St. Croix County
exercise its option to purchase the Village of Hammond real estate
described further in said option, for the purchase price of a9,000.
